First Date

Rob and I met back in August of 2012 after meeting online. We were both starting new jobs in Hamilton and he moved from London and I had moved from Mississauga. We had our date at a pub around the corner from his place enjoying beer, wings and nachos. As far as first dates go it was fun and relaxed and extremely easy. We talked for a few hours and even made friends with a down and out mouse who quietly sat at our feet enjoy the bit of cheese we "accidentally" dropped from our nachos. Most people would probably freak out but we thought it was cute and we were on a ginormous outdoor patio so neither of us thought he was intruding. Rob walked me to my car that night and as I drove home I knew that there was something about him I needed to know more about....it wouldn't take long for me to know that I didn't care to date anyone else. Rob is the kindest, sweetest, most generous person I know and I will forever count myself lucky that he is apart of my life.
